Final "Muramasa Rebirth" DLC Chapter Gets a Western Release Date

Aksys announces plans for "Hell is Where the Heart Is" Vita download

Following up on today's earlier news about the Japanese release of Muramasa Rebirth's final DLC chapter—which hits Japan on August 28—Aksys Games has info on the localization. Titled "Hell is Where the Heart Is," the fourth and final tale from the Genroku Legends series hits PSN in North America and Europe on September 2 and 3, respectively.

As Rajyaki, players will be able to take control of three forms: the speedy, ax-wielding child form; the powerful, club-smashing woman form; and the brutally destructive demon form. Once her story is completed, players will be able to use Rajyaki against bosses and enemies from the Muramasa Rebirth storyline.

Aksys describes the story:

Truly, Madly in Deep…Love!

When former monk turned playboy Seikichi accidentally proposes to Rajyaki, the daughter of the Lord of Hell, he finds himself literally sucked into an adventure he never dreamed of! Already on a mission to recover the sacred treasures of the Seven Gods of Fortune that she misplaced, Rajyaki stuffs Seikichi in a magical bag and continues her mission - all while being the “bestest” fiancée she can be! Play as the formidable Rajyaki as you explore the Muramasa world, all while falling madly and deeply in love with Seikichi!

Once you finish all four DLC chapters, which are priced at $4.99 a pop, a special gift from developer Vanillaware will be waiting for you on the main menu.
