Soon a new generation of Yamato fans will have the opportunity to experience this music in concert-form at the Maihama Amphitheater located at the Tokyo Disney Resort. The concerts will take place on February 28 and March 1, 2015.

There are two performances scheduled for February 28: a matinee beginning at 1:30 PM and an evening performance beginning at 6:00 PM.

The March 1 performance begins at 4:00 PM.

Tickets range in price from 4000 to 8500 yen.

Conductor Akira Miyagawa is no stranger to Space Battleship Yamato 2199. He composed music for the 2012 reboot of the beloved anime classic. The original Space Battleship Yamato is known as Starblazers in the US.
