Visual novel will be available both physically and digitally

5pb. lined up a Japanese date for the PC version of Chaos;Child, which will arrive both physically and digitally. The visual novel—which supports Windows 7, 8, and 10—launches on April 28.

A physical version with a BGM soundtrack CD will be available for ¥7,800 ($64), and a digital version exclusive to DMM.com will be priced at ¥6,800 ($56).

Chaos;Child kicks off when Hekihou Academy newspaper club member Miyashiro Takuru is tasked with investigating a pair of curious murders. Things take a turn for the strange when his friend Shinji Ito provides a clue that appears to connect the murders to the first two incidents of 2009's "New Generation Madness." There's only one way to find out whether or not this is a coincidence, because today is the day the third Madness incident occurred…
