Subtitled "Fairy Tail - Dragon Cry" Trailer Prepares For Anime Movie's English Premiere

On May 20th, Anime Central attendees will get a chance to see the subtitled premiere at 5:30PM

Funimation recently announced that new anime movie Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry is coming soon to theaters in North America. and, on May 20th, Anime Central attendees will get a chance to see the subtitled premiere at 5:30PM. In Australia and New Zealand, Madman has their limited theatrical release scheduled out. They has also posted an English subtitled version of the second trailer.

Tatsuma Minamikawa, an episode director on series such as Attack on Titan and Gate, steps up to helm the A-1 Pictures production with series vet Shoji Yonemura writing the screenplay and Yasuharu Takanashi on the music. Yuuko Yamada (Persona 3 The Movie) provides character designs. 


Along with acting as executive producer, manga author Hiro Mashima drew almost 200 pages of storyboards for the feature.
