Children are quite a handful in a new teaser trailer (below) and a new key visual (above) for Gakuen Babysitters, an upcoming TV anime based on the shōjo manga by Hari Tokeino about a young man taking on a job as child-care professional after he and his infant brother are orphaned.
The original Gakuen Babysitters manga is serialized in Hakusensha's LaLa shōjo manga magazine. The story follows Ryuichi Kashima and his infant brother, Kotaro, who are orphaned when their parents die in a plane crash. The two brothers are taken in by Yoko Morinomiya, the director of a children's academy who lost her adult son and her daughter-in-law in the same plane crash. Morinomiya agrees to become the legal guardian of the Kashima brothers until they are old enough to live on their own, but in exchange Ryuichi has to work as a baby-sitter at the Morinomiya Academy.
The Gakuen Babysitters TV anime is directed by Shūsei Morishita and features animation by Brain's Base. The series will begin broadcasting in Japan in January of 2018.
