Flying Action-Packed "Inuyashiki" Live-Action Film Full Trailer Posted

Shinsuke Sato (GANTZ, Bleach)-directed film hits theaters April 20

The official website for the upcoming live-action film adaptation of Hiroya Oku's sci-fi manga Inuyashiki has posted a 90-second full trailer, highlighting the intensive flying battle between Ichiro Inuyashiki (Noritake Kinashi) and Hiro Shishigami (Takeru Sato). Both characters are transformed into a cyborg with high-tech weapons by the extraterrestrial beings, and while Inuyashiki decides to use his extraordinary power to save people, Shishigami takes pleasure in killing them.

The clip also introduces the theme song "Take Me Under" performed by five-member masked rock band MAN WITH A MISSION. The band previously provided their 8th single song "My Hero" as the OP theme for the manga's TV anime adaptation last year. "Take Me Under" will be released as their 9th single on April 18.

The live-action film is set for a release on April 20, 2018. It is directed by Shinsuke Sato, who worked

on the two live-action film adaptations of Hiroya Oku's another popular sci-fi action manga, GANTZ

(January 2011) and GANTZ PERFECT ANSWER (April 2011).
