TV Anime Sword Art Online: Alicization World Premiere to be Held in Seven Countries in The World

The highly anticipated TV anime third season is set to premiere in October 2018

Aniplex announced today on August 10 that world premiere screenings for Sword Art Online: Alicization, the upcoming third TV anime adaptation of Reki Kawahara's sci-fi adventure light novel series Sword Art Online, are set to be held in seven countries in the world: Japan, USA, Australia, France, Germany, Russia, and Korea. It is also confirmed that the first episode will be a one-hour long special.

 

As its first, the Japan premiere will be held at Tokyo International Forum Hall C twice at 12:00 and 15:30 on September 15, 2018 (JST). The anime's three main voice cast: Yoshitugu Matsuoka (Kirito/Kazuto Kirigaya), Haruka Tomatsu (Asuna/Asuna Yuuki), and Ai Kayano (Alice) will join for stage greeting. Advance sale for the 4,000-yen tickets will be held at ePlus from today to August 19. Schedule for other six countries will be announced at a later date. All visitors in the seven countries will receive a same illustrated colored paper as a bonus.

 

 


 

In Japan, Sword Art Online: Alicization is set to premiere on TOKYO MX, BS11, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV,

MBS, TV Aichi, and AbemaTV in October 2018.
