Do you ever imagine that human beings who were already sacrificed as an offering inside a machine and become ghosts can actually become a living person again? Well this is Natsume Tomoharu wants because of his childhood friend Misao Minakami after learning that these ghosts disappear
when their powers are pushed into the limit will Tomo become successful before Misao disappears?

This is the plot of the sequel of this anime and many happenings in the first season have been revealed, This is a must watch anime especially for the fans of the of the anime and those who watched the first season because this will answer all your questions regarding the anime

This is a mecha, school life, action anime which has little love and funny scenes it has 13 episodes and will give some little suspense this a good anime for those who want short animes

The Main Characters:

Natsume Tomoharu-The main protagonist of the story he is
the handler of Kurogane which has his childhood friend Misao Minakami inside as a burial doll (A sacrifice that is offered inside an Asura Machina) he is trying to find a way on how to prevent Misao from disappering and let her become normal person again

Misao Minakami-The childhood friend of Tomo who sacrificed herself to revive Tomo from the planecrash in the first season. She is sealed inside Kurogane and needs a Splitter and an Asura Cryin' for her to be revived and become a normal person again

Kanade Takatsuki-The demon that helps Tomo with His objective. Lately she became in love with Tomo and made a contract with him when Tomo is willing to do anything to prevent her from disappearing. Thus made Tomo an Asura Cryin'

Kurosaki Shuri-The cyborg that sent Kurogane to Tomo she also helps Tomo in his adventure

Definitely worth watching.

Mecha, magic, inter-dimensional travel, space/time problems, and a high school with a mega-powerful school council. Yet, it all works. This had a more complex plot than a lot of other anime shows, and I'm sure it has several plot holes/contradictions, but I was too absorbed in enjoying the show to really pinpoint them.

Far from terrible, better than good, but not great.

A 26 episode series that felt pretty completed by the end. Pacing was good, ending was not rushed. Story is interesting and well told. Very generic "Save the world, fall in love with a girl and 'idiot-protagonist' themes", though.

The story is of Tomoharu Natsume, a nice high school kid that has a ghost for a friend. The story is very interesting but you have to pay attention to detail or you'll get lost. I do love the characters, they are compelling and interesting to which makes them unforgettable. The only disappointment was in the end when I had to tell these friends goodbye.

Great series to watch

It did take me a while to finish both seasons but the story line was really interesting. I just loved how they portrayed the past and present and how it effects everyone it different ways. I also really loved the last episode. It was epic!

This anime provided the difference in storyline I was looking for and brought good animation, characters, and music along for the ride, I recommend this to anyone looking for robot combat and foreseeable yet interesting twists.

Past and Present Collides

A unique storyline of colliding past and present aspects of the characters and holding on to its own future...giving it its own chance of materializing. Initially, it was a bit confusing and hard to follow. However, midway through the series, events explain why such things occur. More of a drama than that of a comedy anime. Few of the episodes are tear jerkers too (so get your tissues on hand! hehehe!!!)
This though reminds me of parallel worlds (such that was shown in the anime "Reborn") where you get a double in another world.

Music is a bit creepy and a bit too melancholy for my taste.

I have never ever, liked any mecha, or fighting anime really. I cam across this and I think I finished the series in like 3 days?? maybe 4 days. It was so interesting, it was confusing and mysterious, and there were a few times where I just went "What the #%^!!" The characters were all interesting, and the plot was so amazing. You need to watch it, just Do it...DO IT!!

I like this anime, but there are some things that could be way much better.

The storyline is good, kind of confusing at first, there are ways to explain the plot easier, but even so, I like what they try to tell us.

Music is just enough for the anime, but talking about action, mechas and a good idea in the plot, music can be way much better, it doesnt reflect the nature or power of the anime itself.

Animation is good, I like it, is a good work.

The characters are too many for so short anime, too many stories and hard to put everything together at once. Too much in that many space, is not good, if less main characters were there, the story could be more interesting in each character.

This anime was just OK for me. Regarding the storyline I'm just kind of disappointed cause character development is the thing I'm looking for in an anime and in this series the main character, Natsume Tomoharu, for me didn't show any significant change from the beginning up to the last he just remained the same, it would have been nice if he became more powerful and saves everyone by himself that would be cool. Then for the music none of the theme really caught my ears I wish they had inserted a nice background theme for the final battle it would have been nice. As for the characters, I liked them visually they all really looked nice and with regards they're personalities the character I really liked is Takatsuki Kanade cause she's shy, caring, kind and so cute, an ideal girl for me. Then for the animation it was great Hagane was my favorite Asura Machina it really looks cool.

Overall this anime was good and watching this wasn't a waste of time.
