Technically, Pinoko is unlicensed. If you watch Black Jack 21, she even says this in the second episode, demanding that she be arrested with Black Jack for practising as a nurs without a license. I wonder if the subbers made a mistake

Med students have uniforms in Japan? Huh. Anyway, liked the episode though figured out that the guy didn't have a licence by his 'detective' comment. Not much of a detective BJ would be, dressed like that.
