Well Pinoko is and and is not 18 at the same time. He body was artificially constructed by Black Jack. She was something like a parasitic twin living in the body of one of his patients. Black Jack removed her and made her a body.

i know this anime ool in art, but it's good. i like the doctor theme. black jack is like allother doctors, he charges two arm and two legs. pinoko is so cute. did black jck get her from? is she an orphan?

nah. it's kinda normal that black jack thought he'd catch a cold...cuz he'd be covered in sweat from the hike up....but when the sun sets, it'd be cold. drastic change in temperature from hot to cold can result in catching a mild cold.
