So people think the Shadow Paladin deck is evil because it "sacrifices" units. How is that any different from calling in cards to guard or intercept? Sometimes anime just invent things to consider evil.

I'm calling shenanigans on this. Kai's argument is full of holes. Yes Aichi wanted to fight him before but he admitted before the fight he was going to lose. Here if he had pulled double crits like he did against Kyou he would have won.

Alfred Early depicts Alfred at a time before he became the King of Knights, so of course his ability would be weaker. But card advantage is still card advantage no matter what card game you play.

elley, Alfred Early's skill isn't Superior Ride, it's Superior CALL. So Alfred Early is still Vanguard, and his skill takes a card out of the Soul and puts it on the field as a Rear Guard, increasing your forces without depleting your hand
