A strange monster comes out of the ground and eats a male teen it seems and then grows airplane wings and takes off into the night city scape. Where did the monster come from and why did it show up in the city in the first place?

This was amazing. I mean, it was only one episode, 30 minutes, it is my favorite anime. Maybe if it became more well know it could be turned into a actual anime.
