Asking for too much suspension of disbelief.
In watching this drama I discovered there is a point at which the required suspension of my critical thinking was just too much. Time travel, okay. Classic med-speak without real meaning, okay. Parallel universes, what the hell, okay!

! *SPOILER ALERT* ! Bandits let him cut open the throat of their leader, because 'I'm a DOCTOR!' that's why. WWWhhhhaaaattttttt??? Saves a dude with a ...

    J drama over K drama
I well recommended the Japanese version of Dr. Jin instead of the Korean one. Japanese is more well organized with the medicine and storyline. While the Korean ver, one misfortune occur one after another like it trying to cram as much as the manga as i could possibly can. didn't get that far on K drama but.... their was nothing wrong with the story, but simply rushed.

    Note: this movie ...

You must be crazy not to like this.
    "What makes this drama AMAZING??"

    1. Freaking TIMETRAVEL
    2. Hot Lead actor who is, as you guessed, a doctor.
    3. Historical/Political battle (This is just me, but I like historical dramas)
    4. Not the typical "bad" boy beats "good" guy and gets girl in the end
    5. NOT predictable!
    6. RobinHood-like Gang
    7. Medical drama. Surgery. ...

Addressing all the criticism on being far fetched.
I know a lot of people criticize this series for it being too "coincidental" in terms of medical emergencies. The thing is I do realize how often this occurs but I think as long as it's entertaining, that's what really matters. Think about your own life. Take out all the boring parts and what are you left with.. hopefully the good stuff. I'm quite satisfied with the pacing of this series. ...

    Show is magnificent.
This story is magnificent. In my eyes, I prefer the Korean version much more to the Japanese counterpart. The actors in the Korean version are intense. The roles they play and how you can be taken back to the Joseon period just by watching them is outstanding. Each one of the actors does the most wonderful job in playing their roles. I was completely drawn in by the end of episode one. On an added ...

    Dr, JIN Korean Drama
I thought the show was Excellent, accept that is was crammed up in the end,and leaving out details of certain parts
    ,(again)more toward the end.
Seemingly, that there should have been other parts added, but instead were skipped, and later had to catch up,because there were parts that were missing, that made it not make too much sense in the end, because of missing roles.Other than that,I really ...
