  • Ultimate Magical Girl
While Prisma Illya is part of the Fate franchise, it takes place in an alternate Fate universe where things turned out much differently for the characters featured in the previous Fate series.

The show centers on Illyasviel von Eisenbern, who, through a twist of circumstance, unexpectedly becomes a magical girl. The rest of the series follows her life and adventures as such. While the show ...

  • Lighthearted comedy for fate lovers
Just a nice funny spin off of the fate series. You will love it even more if you read hallow ataraxia.

  • Loli Yuri Action Comedy and...
The greatest spin-off series I've ever seen, hands down.

I have a deep love for the Fate/Stay series, and this is no exception, even if it's a completely different thing on its own. It's great BECAUSE it's different. It's a perfect mix of all the things I love to see, especially the amazing action. This series is serious when it needs to be, but mostly it's a comedy that has more fun being ...

  • Another great anime to watch
Personally, I've never gotten into the Fate anime series so it's very interesting to see different versions of this anime told in different viewpoints and settings. This was the first anime of the Fate series that I've actually seen all the episodes so far while looking into it's other versions. My first impression that I got off this anime was that it was just a typical magical girl type anime, ...

  • Know what you're getting into
Most people that expect some sort of deep, meaningful anime in the style of Fate/Zero are left disappointed. And while those sorts of anime are great, this isn't one of them. It knows exactly what it wants to do, and does it fantastically. So if you're expecting cuteness, well animated-action, a bit of yuri, with an actually decent plot behind all that, then you're in for a treat. If that's not ...

  • Fate/Kaleid Is great!
Many may not watch the series because it is a magical girl series. I think it's worth watching because of the animation alone. The attacks in the fight scenes usually come with a big light show.
Fate/Kaleid 2wei is definitely better than the original one so it's worth watching then. I can't wait until Kaleid Herz! Comes out and then after that, ...

  • This anime is surprisingly fun!
I came over to this anime after finishing Fate / Stay Night and Fate / Zero, expecting this to be quite girly and cringy, but in reality it is actually really fun to watch.
The characters are really fun and this series is very different from Fate / Stay Night and Fate / Zero in that this one is very much comedic-based but it still contains some epic fight scenes, making it all-around awesome!

Tohsaka's dad is wailing in the afterlife for his poor Rin, stuck in this terrible show
If you were a fan of Fate/Zero, and follow Fate/Stay Night reboot, stay away. FAR, FAR AWAY. A show that, at first appearance, is a kids' version of the Fate franchise turns into a weird, pervy magical girl series. This is clearly marketed at some sort of 15-45 male demographic with social anxiety.

Why is it bad? A lot of things go wrong. First, the talking magical rods are about the most ...

Definitely not a Mainstream Fate Title
Don't come in here expecting to see a Fate/zero or a Fate/stay night style show. A lot of people don't realize that a lot of type moon stories are actually in alternate realities. Fate/stay and Fate/zero are the only mainstream stories with anime adaptations. The rest are all alternate realities. This one happens to be a loli and it's not too bad.
