Both of which can't be updated due to OS . Also, am stuck on Flash 10 something since computer won't let me update it.This issue comes up when I'm not logged in. |

Yes. If I'm logged in, 2 adverts play at the marks (the white dots on the time). If I try to go forward and click too close to a dot as well, the ads loop over and over.

When you are not logged into your account, advertisements loop infinitely / the video does not play. 2. When you are logged into your account, advertisements play, however if you try to scrub to a different time the advertisements will then loop infinitely. Please let me know which is true, or if both of those statements are true. Also, what browser does this happen in so I can try to reproduce the issue. Edit: (I am unable to reproduce this issue on Chrome, Firefox or IE9) |

BjakerCan you please go into 'Video Preferences' and (I'm assuming it is currently set to English (US)), change it to something else then change it back or to -. This should re enable the feature. Thank you! Changing it to - did the trick. However, changing to any other language didn't make them disappear. |

Correct! Both statements are right.
I've managed to fix this on Firefox by reconfiguring my ad-blocker but still occurs on Safari. (see above) |

Sorry if I'm spamming or putting this in thee wrong thread but is there anyway I can know my own "BUDDY ID" ? Hey, way back in February on the known issues forum, where one cannot post, you guys said:
There is a current known issue on devices running iOS 5. (Video skipping intermittently. Video restarting and time bar becoming inaccessible.) We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you & we are looking into the issue. To work around this bug you can take the following steps. Double tap the Home button to bring up the Multitasking bar. Press and hold anywhere on the multitasking bar until the icons on it start to wiggle. While they are wiggling, each icon has a Minus sign symbol above it. Press the Minus symbol above the Crunchyroll app to close it down. Then open up the Crunchyroll app again and re-play the video you were watching. These instructions work, but it would be really nice for the app to work properly. I get a good part in the dialog "The murderer is..." and I am back at the beginning of the show. What gives? All my other streaming video apps work fine. Netflix anyone? |

Hello Danny, My apologies, I am still waiting to hear back from our Payments department on this.
