That is usually due to a region detection error. Signing out and signing in again will often resolve it.

How do I go about deleting my poll? I had a poll in the wrong location and was reported. I look under the poll forum and did not see it. So I recreated it. Now I see that the one I had created first was moved into this section.

So how do I deleted the last one I created? I don't see a deleted feature.

Hi there,

I've been trying to get a free trial for your anime membership, but every time i log into paypal it just tells me "We currently can not process your request. Return to Crunchyroll, Inc., and select a different option.".
This error happened every time i tried this (3 times so far) and I just ordered something via paypal a couple hours ago, so I think there's nothing wrong with my paypal account.
I haven't found anything in the forums or the FAQ relating to this topic, so I'd appreciate every hint you could give me.

I don't like to use a credit card. Can't buy Premium by Paypal since it's recurring (so Credit Card is needed). Before i used to buy CR Bucks with mobile phone. As for now the lowest purchase is for 5500 CR (Year worth) and i don't really like buying premium that way (it time consuming). So the way is out.

I found out that it's possible to buy non-recuring premium with paypal by buying gift, sending it to your mail and redeem it. But i want to be sure that i actually can redeem by myself gift bought by me.

Secondly is it so f**king hard to simply add option for non-recurring premium with Paypal? I don't see a reason for it other than counting that people forgot to cancel their membership when they stop watching. It's so difficult to add a box with "I want non-recuring membership"?

Personally i won't buy recurring membership even without credit card problems. There is a lot region restrictions and i don't have guaranty that any shows will be available in next season. And surely i don't want to buy "blank" membership because i forgot to cancel it in time.

Question:
1. Can i redeem gift premium in the same account that bought said gift? Or i need second account for buying? Just checked with guest passes, and i can't reedem them...

2. Why Crunchy can't have a option for non-recuring premium with paypal. It's even written "Don't have a credit card? Use your Paypal account! ". It's misinformation since buying it with paypal require a credit card (It's because of recurring payment. Credit card is not needed only for one-time payment.) .

You can indeed link 2 Roku to the same account and it's not an issue to use your iPhone and iPad on it as well.
