As I noted, there is really no possibility of a problem with 16:9 titles, which all the ones you mentioned are. You would only possibly encounter a problem with 4:3 format titles. According to this message, Slam Dunk is a problem title. If you can view the subtitles for it without issue, you are likely in the clear for everything.

Go to your E-mail Subscriptions and uncheck "Receive Queue updates": If you E-mail Subscriptions don't appear as above, then it would appear you have a problem with your account.
