Can we still rate series without leaving a full review? I can rate individual episodes, but not the whole show anymore.

This may fix your problem. |

Thanks If you have a show in your queue, simply watch at least 30 seconds of the episode you want to start from and it will update to that episode. |

Hello, I have this kind of strange problem (and yes, I've checked the forums but, no one else has posted an issue like this before).
Whenever I go to my Queue, it loads really slowly and then this window pops up saying... "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: http://static.ak.crunchyroll.com/common/static/js/jquery-1.5.1.min.js:16" ...and no matter how many times I click the box indicated that I don't want to be asked about this again. It still asks me every single time. Also, response times in general can be slow on the video pages themseves. For instance, more often than not I have to click the full screen button several times before it acutally switches to full screen mode. And if I'm not in full screen mode, the video component is either stuck completely black or it lags out of sync with the sound. Because of these combined problems, usually I end up needing to 'rewind' the video so I can see the few minutes I missed while it was trying to get to full screen mode. There's also the rare occasion where the video ends prematurely and it acts like I've seen the whole thing unless I click back to the queue, in which case it shows only about how much of the video I acutally saw. Just in case this helps... OS: Linux Ubuntu 12.04 Percise Pangolin. Web Browser: FireFox 16.0.2 with Adblock Plus and Web of Trust (note, the unresposive script issue happens no matter if I have ABP disabled for this stie or not). If you think there can be other add-ons that can cause this kind of problem, I'll edit to list all the add-ons I have. I hope I can hear of a solution to this problem soon. |

Try a different browser or add site to trusted sites and then make all options availble specifically pop-ups, cookies, and java Uninstall java and then download the latest version again. With it being a .js script error it is more than likely a Java issue with the browswer not being allowed to run the script or java itself having an issue. |

Despite the name, Java and Javascript have nothing to do with one another. Javascript was originally called Livescript before Netscape changed the name. A browser without Java installed will run javascript just fine. |

Yes, that's my real age.

Huh? What I have installed is OpenJDK Java 6 (rather than normal Java), because I need that for Minecraft to work on my computer and I'm not sure the normal version works in Linux. And I don't remember it doing this back when it ran 10.04 Lucid Lynx...
and in before use Windows or Mac, I'm not going to switch to a diffrent OS over something like this. |

Then it would be the browser, try installing another browser to see if it works on another browser with the above correction I so missed |
