I used to see the guestbook one-to-one convo between me and my friends but I can't see them now. Any ideas? Well it would be really hard to check back which reply I left off last time. It's really bad to search for it in their profile guestbook and etc. However, I still managed to see that one to one convo in other users after I looked up in google. Comparatively to the normal guestbook, it has an extra code at the end of the link so that the convo would appear. |

I'd like to report a minor 'problem', I hope this is the appropriate thread. This problem only seems to effect Internet Explorer (shock). When I am replying to a forum and I click an emote to add it to my post, it will freeze up the page for between 15 seconds to a minute!
If I wait out the freeze it has so far always produced the emote code. However, it appears at the end of anything else I've typed, not at the cursor position. I am using IE9 with no addons, and the native dev-tool was complaining about line 44 in /jquery.caret-range-1.0.js. I guess IE has trouble finding the caret with this JS.. |

Opened a ticket for the engineers to look into this. |

Sorry, I don't really know how to explain this well. What anime shows are available is based on your IP address which tells CR what country you are located it. If you are in the USA, you will get to see the "USA" anime list. If you are in Brasil/Brazil you will only see the anime shows that are licensed for viewing in Brasil/Brazil. |

I seem to be having problems with being able to watch shows now. All 17 shows on my queue, which were all available for me just a few hours ago, now say "Sorry, due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in your region."
Unless there was just now some huge update in availability that happened to affect every single show on my queue (as well as many others), I'm thinking this is probably a technical problem. For example, a few shows which have suddenly became unavailable include: Bleach, Blue Exorcist, Eureka Seven, My Ordinary Life, and Sword Art Online. And I'm located in the USA, of course. |

I'll wager you are no longer being recognized as being in the United States. You can check that by clicking on this link to the Contact Us page and scroll down to the grey text at the very bottom that displays "Detected Country". If it is incorrect, first try logging out and logging back in. If it still shows the wrong country you have two options: 1. Wait for CR to resolve the problem. 2. Turn your cable or DSL modem off long enough for your DHCP lease to expire and your ISP to assign a new one that will hopefully be recognized as being in the United States. |

I've recently noticed "items" on some users profiles. How do you earn/gain "items" ?

Don't talk about it, be about it.

Yep, that page said "Indonesia" at first, and now it says "ZZ (unknown country)" since I've logged out and back in. It's probably the fault of my modem, since I know it does other weird stuff already. Thanks for the help, I'm sure everything will be normal again after my location is detected correctly. |
