In fact I've likely being watching HxH for the past few hours. Guessing we'll just have to sit back and wait. EDIT: Seems to be back up for me.

They in turn give it to someone else as they cannot use it themselves. It grants whoever uses it 2 days of All-Access membership. You can see all about what premium members get here. It is like a mini trial of premium.
