You'll probably have better luck doing it yourself with a browser extension, such as this one for Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/change-colors/jbmkekhehjedonbhoikhhkmlapalklgn?hl=en You'll find similar one(s) for Firefox, such as this one. They typically work by re-writing the CSS on the fly.

When reading a news entry, once you scroll down to the comments section a small box appears with a related news article. This article is not the same every time, nor is it limited to english articles. For example the Hatsune Miku article gave me: Steps to reproduce: Load a news article, scroll down, if not Portuguese refresh the page.

I saw Darker than Black once, but when I went back to find it, it was gone. Also, why is Steins;Gate on "upcoming"? I thought it released more than a few years ago. Thanks for your support.

The iOS app uses an adaptive bitrate scheme which changes based on the quality of your connection. You are more likely to encounter a problem if you are using a cellular (i.e., 3G/4G) data connection. WiFi is generally more reliable, if available. If you don't already have it, you may want to install the Speedtest app, which will allow you to test your actual internet connection to your iPad at the time this is happening. I only watch 1-2 episodes at work and close the app down when I'm not using it. My data tracker app is showing that I'm using about 250-500mb a day on 2 episodes. Is this normal?

I going to go out on a limb and guess that you are viewing on an iPhone. If that is the case then you would be viewing in 480p with file sizes at ~150mb per episode. That could easily account for 250-350 MB on the episodes alone. I do not know the upper bound for the file size estimation but knowing that Naruto involves a lot of action scenes it may have larger filesizes to account for up to that 500 MB.
