If you add your bank account to your paypal and get all that done then it should let you just pay like that, but if you do have a debit card for that particular account, I would recommend adding that as well as it lets you pay a lot faster.

Was waiting for confirmation.

Availability note is up now: Maoyu episode 10 will be delayed one week due to a recap episode in the Japan broadcast schedule.

That's the problem here, I already have the bank account on it, but when I go to check out, it says I need to add a credit card.

Edit: So I just payed someone to add $8 to my PayPal, even still, when I try to purchase, it says I need to add a credit card. So I guess Crunchyroll really only accepts credit cards?

From what I understand, one way around these type of problems is to send yourself a gift membership.

I am an Amazon Kindle Fire user, and I have not been pleased with the Crunchyroll app lately. First of all, a few episodes I've attempted watching have simply not played after clicking "No thanks" when offered the 2-week premium trial, as if watching them was not even an option. These episodes include several in Ano Hana, starting with episode 5.

Further and even more frustrating, the Crunchyroll app for the Kindle seems to have been updated, and is now incredibly inconvenient and difficult to use. My queue is completely gone, and searching my options (which also seem to have largely disappeared) revealed nothing, not even a mention that I ever did have a queue. I signed out and back in, to no avail. Once I found the episode I was searching for, I found that my place had not been held, and both the ad and the video itself took twice as long to load as usual.

In the end I wound up wasting all of the time I'd set aside to watch a video on just trying to get the app to work properly. This has been my experience the last couple of times I've attempted using the app. When I first downloaded it, I enjoyed my experience and had few complaints. It's just not the same, now.

I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, but there is no stickied topic for Kindle users, and I am apparently forbidden from starting my own topic to ask for help unless I have a certain number of points.

I like Crunchyroll very much, and would be far more likely to consider getting a premium account if I were more sure that I would not be paying for an incredibly frustrating experience. As of right now, I would really like to know how to deal with these problems so that I can continue to enjoy my experience here.
