Everything seems to be working fine for me.

There are two organization problems I've just noticed:

1. Under Night Head Genesis, there are two episodes 1 and 2, as in "Episode 1, Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 2" I checked them both and it seems that the two episode ones are more or less duplicates while the first episode two is only 10 seconds of the intro and the second episode two was the full episode.

2. I don't know if this is on purpose, but Beating Angel Dokuro-chan and Nanami-chan are grouped together.

I'm wondering what compression you are using because some of the vids have really horrible artifacts and sound distortion in some parts. The thing that surprises me is that it isn't consistent, so one episiode can have some really good areas and some terrible ones as well. It doesn't seem to be related to high contrast/movement.

This seems to be good for high uality vids but I'm not sure how it compares (bandwidth wise) to what you are currently using http://www.dvlabs.com/

i saw dvlabs a while ago - the bandwidth there is about 100kb/second, which is more than cr, even for high quality...i wouldn't be able to afford that kind of quality =( i am using mencoder.
