Do you have Visa Electron or something similar ? Using that won't work, you need to have real credit card, which you can't at that age.

I'd recommend you going through the '' trouble '' ( which most dont for some reason ) to get PayPal, and purchase the Membership through that. You can attach Visa Electron or whatever you want into PayPal, and then buy the Membership through PayPal. The service is free btw.
