I've been getting the "Request failed: client error (429)" across all my devices including my iOS devices. Xbox (experiencing a server error), iPhone, iPad, Roku. Nothing works. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps but nothing works except for my desktop. What's the issue? This just started happening sometime this week because I log on once a week to watch Dragon Ball Super and I haven't been on since last Sunday.

I'm having the same issue. I was literally just watching a show on my Apple TV and then went to switch to my iPad and am getting the 429 error. I just tried my iPhone as well and have the same.

Getting the same issue today. PS3, iPhone and iPad Pro won't even let me login before getting an error. If I turn off wifi I can access on my phone. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling. No luck. Any suggestions ?

I was having this same problem so I looked around and found this.

It tells you to delete some of the items in the queue to get the Xbox app working. I tried it and it work with the iPad app too.
