^^^ argh! my mums silly.. she was trying to be all creative and 'abstract' so instead of getting the ordinary blinds that work! she got these tones with all the gaps in so light still comes through. women.

Never go to sleep drunk , drink plenty of water , and when in doubt , puke your guts out, then drink more water.

Hangovers are due to more than just dehydration. Dehydration is responsible for your dry mouth, low blood sugar, and part of your headache. There are several other chemicals and depleted minerals responsible for the rest of your symptoms. Chief among those is acetaldehyde a nasty little by-product of alcohol. There is a substance called cysteine which directly counteracts the effects of acetaldehyde. It can be found at most health food stores. Beyond that vitamin C and vitamin B-complex are both good to take. Obviously drink plenty of water, gatorade hydrates best when mixed with equal parts water as well so mixing it is advised. You should avoid anything with caffeine like soda or coffee because caffeine is a diuretic and can upset your dehydration.

There's this Japanese drink remedy for hangovers called umeboshi. But I'm not sure how to make it or where to get it.

Yea B-Vitamin series, its not good b/c it uses up a lot of that to convert alcohol into acetehelydehydes (honestly im a biochem major and i dont remember how to spell some of those words), i drink 5 hour energy before i go out, its an energy drink and it works damn well, dont feel tired when i go to bed at 3-4 am and i wake up 7-8am refreshed and it has like 8333% B6 and 12 (Im not sure, which B it is) but yea gatorade Am also helps

Drink plenty of water while and before you drink.

Otherwise you'll end up with body aches and a possible headache the next morning.
