Anyone else been having problems lately with shows just mysteriously disappearing from their queue?

The last couple days ill log in to watch the latest episode of something, only to find it completely gone from my queue, I know that I'M not the one removing them, but im also not noticing when exactly it happens, if they pop off when the new episode goes up, or some time even before that, only that they're not there when i go to watch them.

Also, not seeing any place to actually CONTACT anyone in the help/faq section of the site anymore to try and ask whats going on.

I can't really answer why stuff is disappearing from your queue.. I'm assuming the shows are still available for you if you look, so it's specifically a queue issue, not an availability issue, right? I have seen server issues cause stuff like that (queue is restored to a state prior to recent adds/removes after a server refresh - similar to issues where inbox counts are -1 and such), but it doesn't sound like that's what is happening to you.

For contacting support, though, that I can help with - https://help.crunchyroll.com/hc/en-us/articles/206437495-How-do-I-contact-Crunchyroll-Customer-Service-. Also I've moved this thread over to site support, so hopefully a support member will see it if you don't get a response from the contact options in that link.

There are only a couple ways shows can get removed from the queue if you didn't do it manually...

One involves travel to a different country where the CR doesn't have the license, or your ISP getting a new block of IP addresses which place you in the wrong country. I doubt it is this, because you say it has happened multiple times.

More likely, you have had your account hacked. Even if that's not it, treat it like it has and change your password immediately.

Also go to the device management page, and remove any devices that don't belong to you: /acct/?action=devices

Th contact page is here: /contact That can be found in several places, but it shouldn't be such a mystery to pick out of a bunch of instructions, in the case you really were hacked...

@asharaka
Havent traveled anywhere, this is on my home PC. And its definitely only happening when a show updates, two shows fell off my queue yesterday, and two more today right when the new episodes got added.

@MakotoKamui
Yeah, the shows are still available, i can go to the show page and re-add them to my queue, they're just falling off my queue the second each show updates, and have been for a few days now.

ANNND this shit is STILL happening, even after clearing my cache and changing my password. So that eliminates a hacked account.

Not necessarily... Resetting your password wouldn't remove or expire someone else's cookie that was already set on their PC, so they might still have access until it expires on their own. But I'm less inclined to think it really is a person if it only happens to the shows for that particular day; I'd expect to see more happening than that, like shows being watched that you didn't watch yourself. Maybe it is a weird bug after all.

One thing to try though, depending on how big your queue is... Go to the bottom show, and keep clicking the up arrow (just to the left of the picture/icon) to serially pop each show to the top, until you have completely cycled your queue order all the way through back to where you started. I'm kind of curious, maybe a year or so ago, there was a (different) queue problem that could (at least temporarily) be solved by doing that.

Also, you didn't say, but did you remove all devices on the manage devices page? Some (most?) of the apps do let you remove shows from the queue in-app...

This happens to me too. I thought it was a problem when I was watching on my Wii U, plus my Wii U was acting funny with the internet anyway, so I got a Roku. Things went smoothly with the Roku at first, but then the queue issue is happening on that too. Sometimes it's just a show or two, sometimes half of my shows, and sometimes all of my shows in the queue disappear. It's getting really annoying because this is happening every few days.

And I know it's not having too many shows in my queue as there are only 12 shows in my queue.
