Hello,
Im just wondering how others feel about cosplay?
I've done cosplay for a few years now and I still get hot and cold with it... some times I love it other times I really don't like it.
Maybe Its that I do like it ,but I still just find it a little bit embarrassing from time to time. I have no idea Let me know how you feel
Thanks!

I think that cosplaying is entirely too cringey; although I think its cool to see some of the costumes, but again too cringey!

I like to look at other people's cosplay (from afar, and usually through a computer screen), but don't like to do it myself.

I think it is awesome and fun looking. I would love to cosplay if I had the body for it.

I love costumes in general. Cosplay looks like a lot of fun. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm all for it.

if that's what you're into, go for it. but I no longer do this, lost interest (yay for short attention spans). I rather enjoy seeing people in the costumes, but, otherwise it's just something to admire, I don't do the whole costume thing anymore.

I totally get that, I haven't done anything related to it in a year or so because I lost interest.

I don't think it's something that I'll do, but it's cool to see the amount of time and effort that people put into their costumes/poses so I like it.

I really admire people that do it and I think it is really cool when they make it themselves. I personally don't cosplay though. I'm not against it. I just never have time to plan it out and I am not very creative either with that stuff.

Used to do it all the time myself , everything about slipping into a character's skin was something I used to enjoy. The makeup, the wigs, and the outfits themselves . The attention wasn't bad either but it was always so much work for a few minutes of enjoyment . Of course Sophie always had the short stick designing and making the outfits. The things that woman could do with a tailor's tools , she even used to make the jewellery if the outfit required it. So many fittings and adjustments though, standing around acting like I knew what she was doing.

I admit I was merely the tall and well built model, more to show off her skills than anything else. But when I looked in the mirror and saw Spike from Cowboy Bebop staring back at me made me realise I did like it in the end
