Ok so I've used crunchyroll for about 3 years now, almost all of those I've had premium, except like the very first 2 months. I tried to watch multiple videos on my phone, and on the website directly, but when I did, it told me I needed premium. My billing date is around now, so I decided to check if I was billed, and I was in he past three days, so what is going on, please help

That's not good. I don't how to fix this issue, your best bet would be to contact Crunchyroll if you haven't already. Here is a link to the contact form: www.crunchyroll.com/contact.
