Couched, and binging on anime.

Serious answer would be mashed on an average day or seasoned sliced potatoes as best once in a while.

Fried, mashed, baked,au gratin, potatato salad, anything but plain boiled works for me.

but I like rice too.. and bread (but not white store bought junk) so I'm probably just a starch-o-holic.

Made into fries, or cubed and cooked in soup, stir fries, or curries. Mashed is good too lol. I like them in many ways.

Thanks to the influence of my Canadian BIL....Poutine:

(And if I can't get the heavily Americanized "Loaded Waffle Fries" version at theme parks or fairgrounds, fortunately, our local Greek restaurant has seven different "international" variations on Poutine, with kimchee and sriracha, gyro meat and feta, or vodka-sauce and mozarella.)

Fried red potatoes w/onion & thyme or baked sweet potatoes with honey, olive oil, cinnamon, brown sugar. They just gotta be organic tho after learning potatoes got a shit load of pesticides - higher than any other produce. Because its a root it absorbs that shit right up.
