It says I am a Premium member yet I'm not. I cannot even pay for another membership as it wont let me.

I'm not sure if there is anything you can personally do to fix this, maybe someone else knows and will help you out. If you haven't contacted Crunchyroll regarding this problem I would start by doing that. Check to see if you were charged for a new membership and be sure to mention it to them. i too am having this problem but the difference is i bought a 3 month pass and used it for myself while still being billed every month as an insurance policy that if i couldnt pay for my monthly subscription i would still have 3 months of premium membership after i canceled.
that time came and i had to cancel and it said i would have premium till sometime in january, check my email and find out i had a message from 2 days ago that i lost all premium benefits and cant even attempt to pay for a new monthly subscription to get benefits back till they solve the issue....

edit: to make matters worse because i don't have premium i no longer get the priority queue when submitting this problem.

2nd edit: managed to buy a 1 month pass off the store and redeemed it and still dont have premium membership.....

Sorry to hear that. It shows that you have premium membership maybe it started working while you were offline. Are you still having an issue? Are you receiving the premium membership benefits?
