We live in a world were there are 3 primary countries: America, China and Russia... the smaller countries have to join together or just be absorbed by one of the big 3

Wow, that's really hard to say. In a way it depends on what form it has, and where it is going.

If the EU keep on forcing "welfare acts" onto different countries within it, then it should be dissolved. The EU used to be a pure trade union and a union to secure standardization of universal solutions, etc. but it's becoming more like the Soviet Union by the day. It's important to respect each countries sovereignty, and remember that most things should be solved on a national level, especially things concerning ethics.

Things the EU currently is meddling in, that I feel they have no issue getting involved in, would be the following:
Social Justice
Immigration Policy
International Cooperation/Relief
Justice/Counter-terrorism

In addition to this I would also oppose the suggestion of getting a standing army for the EU. They have no issue being world police unless that police force purely are being used to guard the borders against illegal trespassing in which the original countries (Greece) are unable to do this themselves.

Things I'm ok with them managing:
Shopping
Economy
Education/Research
Environment

I am in favor of the Union being toppled if it cannot be decentralized and the majority of the power given to the individual member states.

Not really. We're all friends together and I don't want the UK to leave. At least with us all grouped, there should never be a war between us again.
