I don't watch a ton of slice of life unless it's also fantasy-based and/or comedic in nature, but of what others' have said I'd also recommend

Azumanga Daioh (Disclaimer: I've only read the manga for this one)
Interviews with Monster Girls
Gabriel DropOut

Also, although these may not all be strictly-speaking slice of life,

Mushi-shi
Squid Girl
Tonari no Seki-kun
Hozuki no Reitetsu
Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid
Himouto! Umaru-chan
A Centaur's Life (currently watching, so it's always possible it might take a turn into serious plot and I just don't know it. Some yuri.)
The Devil is a Part Timer
Haven't You Heard? I'm Sakamoto
Konosuba
Bananya

Mushishi (It's not your conventional Slice of Life, and it's not the main genre, but it's really good.)

Barakamon (funny and chill show)

Natsume Yuujinchou

Wagnaria!!

Also, WWW.Wagnaria and Servant x Service, which are different shows in the same universe (almost no crossover, so watch in whatever order.)

Sweetness & Lightning
Gabriel DropOut
The Disastrous Life of Saiki K is hilarious too (on FUNimation as well)

I'm currently watching Dagashi Kashi, that's really good too. I thought it would be pure fanservice but it's not too bad

Oh, and if you haven't been watching Sakura Quest, that's about as slice-of-life as it gets. I like it very much.

Oh, I almost forgot to add one more.

Magic of Stella
http://www.daisuki.net/us/en/anime/detail.MAGICOFSTELLA.html

It's on Daisuki, but you might want to hurry and watch it before Daisuki's streaming service ends. Otherwise, you will have to look elsewhere to watch it.
