i have a limited budget every month after bills are paid and my big thing is i want to buy some older manga i been trying to find like finishing negima or pick up naruto where i left off etc just as an example, when i see on ebay a amazon for 2 usd and 3 for shipping i dont think thats bad but when i go to ebay it shows whole runs for 100+ for 20 manga or what not i think should i dish out whole run money for a manga i may not like should i buy individuals?

Buy One Piece, it's way better so so it's less likely that you'll be paying for a manga you won't end up liking and it comes in affordable box sets. It's like $130 for 23 volumes if you buy the box sets which is less than $6 per volume so over 50% off. Plus you get a cool looking box to store your manga in and it usually comes with free stuff like supplementary stories and posters and stuff.

If my pitch failed to entice you though, you should know that Naruto comes in convenient "3-in-1" books that contain 3 volumes worth of content for $17. That's also less than six dollars per volume, though I should warn you that the printing quality is much worse than the original volumes. That's gonna be your best bet if you want to start reading Naruto.
