For dinner usually 6 dollars at Mc Donalds for 9 pieces of chicken nuggets and fried chicken with large coke. 15 shrimp dumplings and tea with tapioca for 5 dollars. Chicken fried egg burritos with fries and coke free refill for 8 dollars.

$150 a week for two people.
About $10.71 a day, each.
We go out maybe once or twice a week ($40-60).
So maybe closer to $300 a week if you take that into consideration ($21.40 a day, maximum).

I live with my parents at the moment, so I don't usually spend much of my own money for food, unless I'm out for University. Even then, I only usually buy a roll and take water with me. I'm trying to save up as much as possible so I can move out once I get a job.

Usually around $20 a day or more. The sad thing is I usually wind up throwing half or all of it away.

can't really break it down to day. I tend to spend around 200 a month, there's a breakdown there somewhere, because I buy the food I enjoy such as crackers, tomato soup, that sort of thing. so, maybe ten dollars a day for the entire meal choices?

Maybe $5 to $10 a day on average. $20 or so on days I splurge. I mostly eat chicken and rice.

I really don't keep track of it but it isn't much. I live with my parents and usually eat what my mom cooks. I hardly ever eat anymore and I am dropping weight like crazy. Food has become almost abhorrent to me lately and I have to almost force myself to eat, and even when I do I can only get like 3 bites in before I am done.

It really varies with me. I spend money at the canteen everyday at work on my smoko break but for my lunch break i always bring in my own stuff.
As far as at home, sometimes i cook, sometimes i just eat canned or packaged/frozen food and bread and stuff and sometimes i get take away.
I seem to go through phases where i get take away a lot and spend too much but lately I've been cooking a lot. I think overall cooking is cheaper but sometimes it works out the same or even dearer.
Every so often i get free food if i go to my mums house or grand parents house or catch up with my old man.
I used to go out and eat quite a lot but i dont tend to all that much now.

Me and my dad usually go out at the beginning of the month and buy a bunch of groceries which is around the 150 dollar range. My dad works a lot so I'm the one who usually cooks.

I'm kinda poor, however the same day we get groceries we sometimes go to this really nice Japanese restaurant near us and that's like 30 dollars to eat there.

Not much per week. I tend to make things with the intent of there being leftovers. When I make Japanese style curry for instance that'll last me like a week or so. Maybe more. Maybe $40 a month? I don't eat out much. I just don't see the point in doing so when I can cook better for myself. As well as for cheaper. I also tend to only buy ingredients when I need them, as to keep monthly costs low.
