I'll run for about 15-20 minutes, walk 30-60 minutes, around 150 push ups, 100 sit ups in a typical day. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the US but i doubt exercise alone is sufficient. It's a pain running outside when it's 115-120 degree but running on elliptical and treadmill will wield different result.

Running on machines that are doing half the work for you in an air conditioned room
vs
Running on concrete/dirt in the desert heat.

Five days a week or so I walk slowly in a circle for up to about 12 hours over uneven terrain.

2-3 hours a day at the gym.
1.5 hour of cardio, 1-1.5 hours powerlifting.

It pays off in the long run.
Just have to remember not to have "cheat' days as it undoes pretty much any and all progress you made.
The reality is that one should just eat healthier, make a meal plan, stick to it, and learn what's healthy for you.

Not really. I have a high metabolism to take care of that.

I don't exercise per se, but the job I do does require me to be active and sweat a ton.

I finally got off my posterior and went to the gym. Spent about half an hour (estimation mine) on an exercise bike (haven't done so in ages), burned about 120 calories according to the little screen that measured my heart rate.

I go bike riding almost every other day. Monday and Wednesdays I work out with my wellness professor. Honestly though the last work out beat me up so much my stomach has not stopped hurting. My arms are stiff and stuff. I'm kind of terrified of her workout regime now. Whatever though, I am not one to give up over something like this. I usually just push myself even harder. I don't want to be a wimp all my life.

I've been meaning to start working out again for awhile. I stopped around summer break and then haven't ran since.

Kinda bad T-T

Hardly ever, but I am wanting to change that once the weather gets cooler. I am trying to lose weight. I am almost 20 pounds down and want to lose about 40 more.
