I ride my bicycle for about an hour 3-5 days per week. I typically keep my heart rate 150-160 bpm average during those rides. I do some basic resistance training on off days. Nowhere near these folks with their 100 pushups, though.

5-6 days per week, I work out at home, don't like gyms.

I use to be some 50 pounds heavier a little over a year ago, but I decided to put an end to it and get in shape and start eating right. For anyone out there who want to lose some weight, I would first recommend doing calisthenics, particularly push ups, squats, pull ups, and dips before joining any gym (unless you're looking to get ripped). Doing those exercises above will whip you into shape just fine on their own and the best part is that you can do them anywhere and for free!

Whenever I work, it's a physical job so it has me moving, lifting, bending all night long

Some of the jobs that i do at work involve a lot of walking but some i pretty much just stand in one spot. Some are physical but no heavy lifting or anything.
I dont go to the gym. I go for walks every weekend. Not massive walks but walks at least. I go through phases where i do them on week days as well but usually iam too tired after work.
I do sit ups and stretching and planking, as well as squats and some push ups. But that's really just because i have back pain problems... I cant do bugger all push ups ^^; I try and do these every day but sometimes i slack off and stop doing them.

I like going for walks. Motivation varies though. I never play sport or anything. I start work too early in the morning, it saps all life out of me..
Guess it's easy to make excuses as well.

I avoid exercise for the sake of exercise, but I do move heavy things a lot.

Never, but I really want to start skateboarding again. It's been over a year now.

When I walk to my car to get in it, and to get out, and whenever I walk if I go somewhere. That's basically it. I am like 30 lbs over weight, but I haven't gained or lost any weight significantly in the past like 4 years at all, maybe 5 or 10 here going up and down consistently, so I'm pretty satisfied where I am.

Although I did join a gym at one point, and went for a month and lost the 30 lbs and then stopped and gained the weight back and am here consistently again. I lost the 30lbs in like a week.

I go the gym about 3-4 times a week. The other days of the week I work on my core at home, lunge around the house or have a hit at my local tennis court.

3 hours at the gym 5 days out of the week. Two hours of weight training and one hour of cardio. My job requires me to walk all day so there's that also.

My job is physically demanding so I don't really work out often. I used to go to the gym a few times a week with a friend, but his work schedule conflicted with my own so I stopped. I don't like working out alone it's too boring without someone to motivate you.

Depending on the program I’m following, I’m in the gym anywhere from 3 times a week to 6 times a week. I started lifting because I moved away from friends I played basketball with. It’s a lifestyle for me now and I can’t imagine not training or exercising.

Just for reference, this was me when I was 20 years old (couldn’t find any other pic)

This is me now, age 38

I used to exercise three or four times a week.

Thanks primarily to the kids, I can't remember when I last worked out and feel like I'll be lucky if I make it another decade. Still thin (because, metabolism) but I've been getting chest pains periodically, which is worrisome.

What is this exercise thing that you speak of?
But in all honestly, I try to go walking a few times a week when I'm not at university (it takes me half an hour to get there).
