Whenever I feel like it. I usually walk two miles a day, do martial arts, lift weights, body weight exercises, and my own version of yoga.

This year my New Years resolution was to get back in shape, and though I started on it late (a month or so late), in the last couple of weeks I've kicked it into gear and have been working out 4-6 days a week. Of course, just getting back into it I've had to start out kind of slow, so a little treadmill, dumbbells, and yoga is all I've been doing so far. Hopefully I'll be able to continue it and add more and more. I know I'll never get back into the shape I was years ago at my peak (I was lifting weights five days a week for an hour or more, and then when I got home later on I'd do cardio for 1-3 hours 5-6 days a week), but I'll give it a try.

I go to the gym around 2 times a week. Trying to increase that amount to 3 times a week. But I really don't have the motivation
for it. After I finish my usual routine I go back home as soon as I can.

Going 6x a week right now.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are for resistance / weight training.

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays are cardio / active recovery.

- elliptical trainer
- squats
- deadlifts
- rollouts with the ab wheel
- hit the heavy bag

I exercise fairly often, I play outside harder and more often than most of you guys.

Almost never nowadays.

I starve myself instead.
