I need to get back into it. I stopped going to the gym about 9 months ago when I was going regularly. With summer almost here, I'll be running in no time.

I do some full contact fighting sports on weekends. Keeps me healthy and no need for a gym

I want to lose some weight till summer so started attenting the gym a few weeks ago. Currently I try to work out at least three times per week. My trainer advised me to try cool sculpting procedures additionally. It can help to reduce fat cells in the short period of time. I've already had a few sessions in beauty fix clinic in nyc. Hope it'll give the results.

I do really dangerous sports so I have to keep my core really strong because that's where the balance comes from. I jump horses and do Taekwondo.

Richter Scale reading is real important determining when, how often I get up off my ass to go outside rather than be crushed by ceilings

I usually try and go on a run everyday but most of the time I end up running 4-5 days instead of the 7. I'm not that upbeat with changing and adding new things into my workout routine so a lot of the time its just me running 3 miles on a sometimes daily basis.

Something similar but a bit safer and less injuries. Well less injuries from the other person and more me injuring myself lol.

I've been weight training on and off for almost 10 years now. The past few years though I kinda let myself go which is pretty disappointing. For the past year I've fixed my diet/nutrition and I've been weight training and doing cardio 5-7 days a week. I went from obese to practically shredded.

I've lost about 32kg (70lbs) in one year.
This time last year I weighed 118kg (260lbs).
I now weigh 86kg (189lbs).

I don't get to exercise as much as I want to due to time constraints. I finally was able to go swimming last weekend which I absolutely love doing. I can't wait until the lake warms up enough so I can go swimming because I'd always walk down the hill and go swimming almost every day before work during the summer. That's how I exercised and stayed emotionally healthy. Otherwise my exercise comes from all the laps I do around my store TRYING to clean it.

Not enough.

I'll get there eventually.

I just hope I do enough cardio when I do start. It's always something I've avoided...
