Walking 30-45 mins a day for 5-6 days a week. My office building is about a half mile perimeter so I just do my exercise at work. I have no motivation at the end of a 10 hour shift and an hour drive home to exercise afterwords. I just maintain a very strict diet so the walking pays off. 50 lbs lost so far.

I workout. My stamina is shit though, all I gotta do is wait for robot legs then that'll be null.

I TRY to go walking/jogging everyday for 2 hours. (If it's ridiculous hot/cold/too dangerous weather-wise I'll give myself a break. I also pay attention to pollution levels cause breathing in bad air while exercising is bad!) For the most part, I'm pretty good about keeping it up. (It's NOT easy, let me assure you. I listen to music which helps. I couldn't do it if I had no music to listen to. Also, I'd rather JUMP OFF A CLIFF than join a gym, so I do my exercising outside around my neighborhood/local park.) Because of this, my shoes die every few months because I pretty much kill them royally.

I try to do yoga for at least 15 min every morning before everything. But I suppose I need to make my heart pump more often with cardio exercises.

When I was sick this past month none at all except some walking every day. Usually I do calisthenics so about 10-15 minutes of warming up and 45 minutes of different variations of pull ups, push ups, dips, squats, and ab exercises. CALISTHENICS FOR LIFE!! lol

I have to bike to classes every weekday, have kendo club practice on Mondays and Wednesdays, and am taking a pe class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
