I think all of us have our favorite anime, characters, etc. but what scene from an anime (whether it's your favorite anime or not) has stuck with you above all others? For me it's from Robotic;Notes. I always find myself thinking back to it. This anime didn't seem to be the most popular (and I never see anyone talking about it) but it was pretty good in my book. It's just this one scene, though, that's stuck in my mind...

Honestly, I won't say it's the best scene or the best anime ever but... something about how horrific it was and still is just stuck in my mind. So, what's yours?

There are several that have "stuck" but the one that still makes my stomach clench up is the kiviak scene in Moyashimon. Not sure if it was the humor, the surprise or the outright disgusting idea of it... *EWWW!*

In Hunter x Hunter, at the end of the Chimera Ant arc, we saw the conclusion of a couple side characters. I was moved to tears.

they were just side characters, but this was one of the most unforgettable scenes in this anime for me.

Hmm I guess if I have to think really hard they haven't stuck with me.

Scenes like Fry finding his 5 leaf clovef in the Futurama episode "Luck of the Fryrish"
or his dog waiting for him in "Jurassic Bark" are kind of the hallmark of scenes sticking with me.

I can't think of many from anime.

Cross Ange

I've seen youtube clips of anime that I have never watched that gave me the feels.

The end of episode 11 of Kamigami no Asobi...

And the voice acting... especially Loki.

Also right before that when

(also note that Yui isn't in that scene at the end of episode 11... I like Yui, but it's just interesting that she's not there... it's almost as if Loki is the real main character, even though Yui's the harem center... also Loki's the one that gets the best boy (sorry Apollon ^_^; ))

My favorite moment ever in anime is from One Piece

After that is Sora's Imanity speech from No Game No Life episode 3, Lelouch's speech about the Black Knights in episode 8 of Code Geass, and the end of Hunter x Hunter (2011)

And then some tearjerker moments like Your Lie in April
and the end of Angel Beats.

Plus, and this is the last one I swear lol, there is actually a lot of moments from Boku no Hero Academia

I can actually agree with you here. That anime, in general, is somewhere in my top 10 if I had a top 10 list. Definitely a great scene.

Just to throw another one out there - I'd say that he ending of Anohana would be another scene that's stuck with me. That anime scarred me to the point where every time I see it in a recommended list I just quickly scroll past it But yeah, definitely impactful for me.

I don't care that it was called Robotech when I saw it.

I was a kid. Until this point in my life, it had all been Bugs Bunny and Transformers. This is when shit got real, and I not only got my first glimpse of what anime was, I learned some things about life.

The first anime I watched to completion, start to finish, was Maison Ikkoku. I had the immense pleasure of watching the whole thing with an awesome group of people - our anime club in college - over the course of about a year and a half.

When this moment FINALLY happened at the end of a long and outstanding series, the room exploded in cheers. More than a couple people were crying.

It's not only an anime memory for me, this scene reminds me of old friends.

This scene manages to tell you everything with almost nothing but visuals and score, so it would be a disservice to it to talk about it too much instead of just letting you see it.
