Definitely squats, but also dead lifts. Dead lifts work better for your butt and also work your groin. You want to do heavy weights to get more volume, but beware of doing too much too soon or you could get a hernia.

For warm ups you want to do duck walks (crouching down until your calves touch your thighs and walking like that with hands on back of head) and jogging. Remember to stretch before and after as well, good luck

I was born with mine. Dunno how, my guess just hope for the best. I was athletic when I was young and in my teens, so I guess that may have helped a little? Not sure on that, but it's plausible.

Every girl that I've been friends with, whether or not I've dated them or not loved my butt. I can say I am quite proud of it...so yeah idk.

Your going to have to train your whole body or you are going to have muscle imbalance that which are VERY hard to fix. Also you going to need to invest MONEY into the proper nutrition and stay discipline about you work out. Also TIME. You will not see result for 1-3 months. Also cut first then build up so you just have to build muscle. Also drink lots of WATER.

If someone hasn't said it yet, then there's your problem. Stop that. Get some real pants lol All those are doing is crushing your junk and flattening your ass, not to mention they're terrible looking and shouldn't have been a men's style XD

Also, working out / gaining weight would probably help to get thicc.
