Alright, some people have special abilities like Spiderman and Superman, but what about Batman and Iron Man? They don't have special powers, but they were able to become super heroes. We all got one life, and give or take police is enough to combat most of the villains. If that's not enough we got the military. Now there really isn't a super villain, nor do I want to create one. When everyone's special, no one is.

We can take sand and make a computer out of it. That's a super power right?

If we all had super powers they would become normal and bland. Its mystery and the unknown that is cool.

We do not have superpowers, and batman would eventually die, even if he is Bruce Lee levels of kick ass.

Right, but if someone is to fall off the sky. I'd like it if someone is there to pick him/her up. We are at a time where there is a transition between superhero->superbot, we might have skipped a few stages. There is also Robocop.

As of the present time, well the superbot is still a bit far off. We got the police and good thing there isn't a super villain. Or superrougerobot

Hmm, we are at an information age where there is customized artificial intelligence suit made for Spiderman by Iron Man. It should facilitate us toward a better lifestyle. Is that movie out yet?

There are real costume-wearing superheroes but there is the issue of being a vigilante.

Right, we don't really need a super villain . We could, catch people that are falling off the sky, save people trapped in a building, save people from getting hit by cars, help pick up things fell out of a person's back pack, and not get in the police ways.

Alright, the police and firefighter could be considered superheroes. Well they don't have the gadgets, and they won't be there catching you falling off the sky

Reality.

Being a "super hero" without any powers would be a terrible job.

Rujikin was right that artificial intelligence could be considered a super hero power. Think of Spiderman with an AI suit. Think of what a dozen of those dudes can do

Because anyone can get shot in the head, or blown up

That' pretty much the only reason. Scare people enough not to be a hero, just for that reason alone. Get unwanted attention because you are going to change something against others.

There are heros who are unheard, that work in the shadows, and thats the only way we will see them.

Super Heroes by their very definition cannot exist. If people are able to do what they can, they are just heroes.

Right, there really aren't that many life threatening events. Then they would only exist in theory like robot wars
