Live action role-playing.
Probably I'll be on a workload from assignments. But, I plan to watch a horror movie. |

Hopefully the Disney Land Paris Halloween party that finishes at 1am.
I can't travel down on my own so hopefully my mum can go because I really want to go. |

I'm sure I'll be playing Super Mario Odessey and eating candy with a beer in hand.

Instead of "trick or treating" being a door-to-door knocking event, the neighborhood has a get-together at the clubhouse for all potential trick-or-treaters. Traffic is redirected at the entrance (only one way in, one way out) so there are very few escapees. Parents can have wine, beer, soda. Kids go through a line of different treats they can throw into their bag. Both can eat food from the food trucks (mostly organic and healthy foods, other than the barbecue guy who lives in the neighborhood always squeezing his way into these events), then they leave. No knocking on the door. No ringing doorbells and freaking out the pets. Silence. |

Halloween will be on a Tuesday--- a weekday.
Who would have the time to host some get together ? is it an elderly community ? |
I am SJWs/Feminists' worst nightmare and this is my UNCENSORED opinion.

I had planned on doing the normal thing and dressing up as a creepy crawly were-clown and freaking out everyone who went outside, but after IT and so many people going that route I guess I'll just stay inside and watch some bad horror movies/shows.

We have an entire recreation committee who plans these events. It's mostly a mid-to-upper class neighborhood that would rather have a safe and managed event versus a chaotic night where kids and parents are roaming around the neighborhood. Most people are in their 30's or 40's with children (not me or my girlfriend). Housewives are the ones who suggest the events at the HOA. HOA holds a meeting to approve it with the recreation committee. Recreation committee approves it and gets volunteers (usually the housewives) to orchestrate it. Pretty simple, actually. |

Meetings are monthly or bi-weekly, depending on seasons and agenda here. There’s always enough to hold meetings, write down minutes of the meetings, and bring up various things. Minutes are posted on the internal website, etc etc. It’s a well-oiled machine. But they do things like the Halloween event quite often. After Halloween, we’re having a “Fall Festival” that has free local beer for the adults, bouncy castle for the kids, and catered food at the clubhouse. The Halloween event was pretty straight-forward last year so I’m hoping the same remains this year. I donated a fair amount of candy and gifts for the kids. I’m glad someone gets around to doing these kinds of things, at least. |
