Not at all it's just a preference. I used to have yellow fever for the longest time until I took care of the problem and now I lean more toward my own race, ethnicity or whatever you eant to call it. I'm all about those spicy latinas right now but I'd never not go out with Simone depending on race; at the point you only consider one race and no other is when you might be racist?

Latinas all day everyday.

Can you be racist if your not sexually attracted to a certain race. In terms of friendship and working together, race does not matter but when it comes to dating you are much more attracted to other races. Now is that just preference or are you just secretly racist?

The heart loves what it loves. As long as you don't walk away from love, you are doing well. Just grab it and run with it. My buddy in the Army was from the south and white, he met Danielle a HOT Premed student who was African American. He told me that he couldn't take her home to his dad. I asked him, "you want your dad to bone your future wife?" He looked at me and said, "What the F? No! you idiot". Then I said, "Then why do you give a crap what he thinks? She's hot, smart and she's madly in love with you. Don't do something stupid like let your old man ruin your hot sex, with a woman you have a hot future with."

I ramble, the point is when you find it, lock in on it, and don't walk away, no matter who he or she is. Don't worry about race, or being attracted to this type, or that religion, or other superficial crap like that, and don't feel bad about liking someone of your race, not of your race, religion or body type or nationality, as long as it's not a relative (sister or brother, or any of your cousins) you're OK.

By the way he did take her home, married her, kids etc., and I guess his dad was very impressed. Stephenson...you dog you.

You can certainly explain your lack of attraction in a racist way, but sexual preference is going to focus on different features for everybody.

No.

You are only racist if you attack other people for dating or marrying outside their race.

The latter happens all too often.

I've never done that but must admit i sort of did to a beautiful white blue eyed blonde hared Aussie girl that converted to Islam and started wearing a hijab...
I consider her to be a submissive traitor. Even though i acknowledge that its her life her choice. I never attacked her in any shape or form though. I didn't go to her birthday though, it was at a Muslim place(i never said that was why i just said i couldn't make it).
The hijab wearing profile pic was bad enough but then the cringe worthy video justifying the burqa was too much. So i simply deleted he from Facebook.

But yeah i dont have a problem with people dating outside the race, i think it was the converting to Islam that bothered me. Iam glad she quit drugs and drinking and etc but you dont have to convert your religion to make healthy changes in your life.

I guess thinking about it now, i dont particularly love seeing white girls with guys of other races. And yet i have no issues with white guys being with girls of other races. Funny that hey.
I think we're all like that though, like i think most Italian and Greek families and many Asian families , they're parents are pretty strict and dont let their girls marry outside of the race. Iam not talking about Asian girls from 3rd countries. Their families want them to be with white men.
And if a Muslim man gets with a non Muslim girl she is expected to convert, so thats religious, not racial.
But yeah iam pretty sure it pisses black guys off to see a Nubian queen with a white boy and i remember one time i was hanging out with a bunch of my Asian work mates and we were eating at a restaurant, an absolutely gorgeous Asian girl worked there and her white boy boyfriend rocked up and all the Asian guys were pissed off lol.
I wouldn't call that racist though.

Yeah, that's a completely different story.

It would definitely be jarring if someone you know all of a sudden flipped, and joined another culture altogether... and even changed style of dress. I feel that's a more extreme case.

Definitely a different story than some people out there who hate on others who marry outside of their race but the person they marry is otherwise of the same mindset and culture for the most part.

If someone I knew started covering themselves for religious purposes I would let them be who they want to be... but kind of wonder like 'what's up with that'?

I don't think so at all. There are certain races I am just not sexually attracted to except for super rare exceptions. And then I have preferences for other races. It's all in what you like. You cannot choose what you do and don't find attractive.

Racism shouldnt even be mentioned unless a person is DOING SOMETHING that affects another person. Personal thoughts, preferences, life decisions should be left alone. People should be free to "like or not like" other races without being subjected to all this bs of being called racist.

Some people may have had 98% negative experiences when dealing with certain other races because of cultural differences or whatever and because of that prefer not to be involved with them as a general rule. This should be fine, and really none of anybody else's damn business.

Racist? Could be. In this context, I consider it perfectly acceptable. We're talking about sexual attraction, and personal responsibility over one's own body. Awfully personal business, isn't it? Don't words like "rape" and "sexual coercion" come to mind when folks don't have a choice with who to be intimate with? Be choosy. That way, it's more than likely consensual, I imagine.

LOL no, because even if you're attracted to certain members of a certain race you could STILL be biased against that race

Have you thought of that

You can have sexual preference, sure, and you can find people unattractive, but if your reason is their race, that sounds racist to me.

Are you a sexist if you're not bisexual?

You're not in charge of this. Nobody can blame you for it.
