Post Reply Crunchyroll Support has not gotten back to me and I don't know what to do.

I've contacted crunchyroll's support service three times in the last month and a half and all three times, the automated message told me that I was being escalated, but I have never gotten an actual email from support after that. I'm out of options here since crunchyroll doesn't have a phone support set up, and I'm hoping that posting it on here will at least ensure that SOMEBODY sees it.

I was hacked recently and so far I've managed to get back every account that has had its email changed with relatively no difficulty. Crunchyroll is the only one who has been an issue. As I said, I've requested help three times and I have gotten absolutely no word from anyone. I've checked my spam folder to make sure that the emails they sent weren't put in there, and I've waited for weeks, and yet still I have yet to get any help. I'm paying for premium so every month I'm being charged $7 and since I haven't been able to use my premium, I've now paid for two months of premium that I wasn't able to even use. I NEED help with this, and nobody has gotten through to me. Is there any other help that I can get?

First thing I would do until you get the account back is to ask your bank to put a stop payment on Crunchyroll. There have been reports of other accounts being compromised, so they likely have their hands full. Did you have to get back the old email address that was associated with your CR account?

Yeah I figured it wouldn't take this long so I didn't even think to put a stop payment on it. I didn't have to get the old email back, that was never changed, just a few different accounts that my email was linked to (PSN, Crunchyroll, etc.) had the passwords changed, and in chruchyroll's case my email itself was changed, and then the password changed. Luckily nothing has been charged to my card that shouldn't have been. It's just annoying more than anything. Thanks for the response btw!
