Episode 3

Chisato bruised her foot and Sora comes to take her home. Of course, that's not enough to keep her from drinking booze, so the next cocktail is Cinderella, a pineapple-flavored cocktail. It turns out that was a mocktail he made as it has no alcohol, but nevertheless Chisato goes through her drunkenness motion. So it just needs to look like a cocktail and Sora needs to prepare it.

All of the drinks being described remind me of one of my favorite Kids In The Hall skits

She's a tsundere who is using the excuse of alcohol to let out her dere side. In other episodes she probably isn't as drunk as she appears.

A fruit juice cocktail. I guess this "love" is like a working girl's cocktail. Cheap, deceptive, and going to roll you.

There is something vaguely disturbing about the prospect of a marriage based around the husband getting his wife drunk.

Aren't you old enough to realize that's the basis of most marriages lol

So this week's episode points to Chisato actually not getting drunk but that having a drink is her "Dumbo's Feather" to act how she'd like to act but is too self-conscious to do without that excuse. As a bartender Sora probably realized this shortly after they met and probably finds it endearing.

Yeah being drunk can smooth over a lot but being broke and unpaid bills are always still there when you're sober.

Thoughts on the 1st 3 episodes:

It's a lot funnier and more romantic than I initially thought it would be. As most can already tell, there isn't much going on in this one story wise. I'm really not a fan of the episode formula. Basically every episode from now til the end of the season will be looking for cheap, generic excuses to get tipsy. That being said, it still has a way of being charming and surprising. Chisato seems like a great character in terms of design, but her entertainment factor is entirely dependent on those around her and it doesn't seem to be going well so far. Even considering that it's a short, there's a lot lacking in the show that will prevent people from dropping it.

I think the thing this show has going for it is the target audience. There's a broad audience the show can reach including; moe fans, couples, office professionals, and of course drink enthusiasts. Food Wars meets http://www.crunchyroll.com/i-cant-understand-what-my-husband-is-saying

Episode 4

Next drink is spritzer. Chisato got some late night hunger cravings, and Sora was nice to give her a big meal complete with the curry she wanted to try after seeing it on TV. And Chisato is in heaven. That was very cute seeing Chisato acting like that in her pajamas.
