OP picture is a work of art, keep it up.

This was an ok start. I kinda felt it was a bit slow, but I'm interested to see how it'll go and how the two MCs will meet again irl. The theme songs were pretty good too.

I wonder if they are going to skip most of the MMO-related stuffs (like how Lily spent a F/GO whale's amount of money on gachas) to go directly to the love comedy parts. Having both parts on equal grounds was what made the original so good though, so we'll see. Kinda sad they didn't include that small episode of Hayashi getting his current outfit though, that actually left some impression in my memories when I first read it. Or how he got into his current guild. That maaaay be kinda important cause of how the story eventually plays out.

Noto did a fantastic job voicing MoriMori, keep it up! Also laughed way too much when I found out Sakurai is voiced by Sakurai.

Hope the author recovers from his/her sickness and continues the series eventually.

This was cute, if a bit slow-paced. It's nice to see an adult MC. Morioka is very relatable. Hopefully, we'll get more into the real lives of the protagonists soon. I'd like to know why Morioka quit and how she can support herself without a job.

I found it interesting she received flowers. That would imply she was leaving on good terms and not fired. Possibly that something happened in her life that would be considered good, at least by others, and gave her the option to leave the company.

So far its looking pretty good. I wonder which aspect of the show they'll focus more on, the online gaming portion or the IRL relationship side. Either way this looks promising and looking forward to more episodes. P.S. Lily = New waifu material?

I like it so far and didn't expect anything too fast paced for a first episode.

I just hope they realize who each other is in real life ASAP as it would be nice to have a balance of ingame + IRL.

Really digging this, but mostly because of the mmo aspects and the pink-haired female mmo character being mad cute

This was really cute. And they're adults! Yay! I'm looking forward to seeing how the relationship develops.

That was nice. And for once, I don't feel the need to say more than that.

Episode 2

Things are getting quite awkward with the age gap as Lily's player is 21 and doesn't know that Hayashi's player is a woman in her 30's. So Lily belongs to a guild run by Kanbe that was on the verge of disbanding, but Kanbe took over and the guild stays. Meanwhile, Moriko has work to go to and she caught a fever along the way. She bumps into Yuta, and the two exchange contacts with Moriko sending a message for the first time in a long while. That was pretty funny seeing the way Moriko reacts to the situations and it's pretty obvious that she just has no social skills.

Episode 2

The episode starts off with Moriko playing with another player and seems there was a bet to find out how old she was. Lily later finds out because she overhears the bet and since they were playing so late decides to stay up all night. The next day Moriko ends up with a cold so goes to the store to buy medicine and runs into Yuuta and he accidentally elbows her in the face. He pays for her medical bills as an apology and gives him his information for her to contact him. She later tells the guild of the incident and they tell her to thank him is the best thing she should do. She does this and happens to get a date outta of it so now she is all worried because of her appearance.

Episode 2's comedy feels like a hit or miss for me.

I like the character reactions but not sure on the overall humor as it feels pretty much the same as before (I imagine, it would be like this every episode for rest of the series). The theme songs for this anime sure fits though...

I'm also enjoying these relatively rare shows featuring working (or formerly working or at least working age) adults and their issues and life circumstances. Wouldn't mind seeing more families too, though I'm kind of guessing family men/women are generally considered "too old" to be watching anime and wanting more personally relatable characters, and thus not a targeted demographic.

Also, watching this show, I'm imagining I'm seeing a grown up Tomoko from Watamote.
