Heya, so first off love your service, happy I subscribed.. that said your win 10 app is junk... android, ios, web, ps3 etc... all great the windows 10 app glitches and skips and cant run without hiccuping every few seconds. Any word on an update or fix?

Anyone know of way to completely eradicate the win 10 app and start over? i hate the damn browser and would like to use the app instead.

The app have its issues, although I have luckily never experienced any of the issues you describe.

My most annoying things with it is the following:

* Fullscreen mode is lost when next episode is played (makes autoplay basically useless)

* Fullscreen mode DOES NOT HIDE THE MOUSE for some unknown reason. Not even using the AutoHideMouseCursor tool fixes this.

* Button placement is all over the place, and differs from the browser based player. This means that when binge-watching you'll have to constantly move the mouse to the bottom right corner to switch to the next episode, then to the bottom left corner to skip past the opening clip, then up to the top right corner to switch back to fullscreen mode since it was lost when you switched to the next episode.

Since the mouse doesn't auto-hide, you'll then have to move it to the right side to hide it as much as possible. However forget about hiding it in the top or bottom right corners, since that will keep the player toolbars opened at all times. So you'll have to hide the cursor in the middle of the right side. This is typically not a problem if you use the default white Windows cursor, however if you use the optional black cursor you'll have the cursor's white 1px outline visible at all times on the side, which can get a bit annoying.

* Beyond the above, navigating the app is just a boring experience in general, especially since it can't seem to decide on having a dark or light theme. Even Plex's UWP app, as lackluster as it is, is more fun to use than Crunchyroll.

Also, what's up with the hamburger menu? That menu should be used for >all< navigation, not just to hide away Settings and such. Just move Home, New, Anime, Drama, My Queue, My History and Search into the hamburger menu and start using it for real. Do not have it as the sad useless thing it is at the moment.

I have a semi-related question: Why do software / OS makers keep calling their new versions "UPgrades"?

up (ŭp) adv. In or to a higher position: looking up.

grade (grād) n. A position in a scale of size, quality, or intensity.

That makes sense. It's because they're extremely high. (^_~)
