If you like Gurren Lagann then try Kill la Kill.

What else have you seen and liked? How about Madoka Magica?

Some of those aren't on Crunchyroll (Moribito, Twelve Kingdoms, Claymore). If you like more serious, maybe more thought-provoking, less mainstream anime, here are a few more. Should all be on CR, and I'm mentioning a couple again, using the title they have here on CR.

Blast of Tempest (modern fantasy with Shakespearean references)
Kyousougiga (takes place in an alternate world Kyoto)
Puella Magi Madoka Magica (dark, psychological science-fiction/fantasy)
Erin (touching fantasy/adventure)
Gatchaman Crowds (interesting, unique, very special show. gotcha~!)
Time of Eve (short series dealing with the dynamics of human and androids living together in society)
No. 6 (about living inside and outside of a dystopian future society, focused on character relationships)
Flowers of Evil (intense, psychological, angst-ridden, with twisted dark humor)
Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet (ultimately the theme is about what it means to be human)
Galaxy Express 999 (a classic from the 1980s)
Kino's Journey (currently airing. haven't seen any of the new version yet, but the original is really good)
Kiznaiver (about a disparate group of individuals forced to share a common bond)

If you enjoy Psychological horrors, mysteries, crime dramas or thrillers, then i'd recommend some of these:

Shiki: Takes place in a small village called Satoba, where people mysteriously start dying from an unknown illness. The head doctor, Ozaki, attempts to uncover the mysterious deaths and the source of the epidemic, and discovers truths far greater than he expected.

Beautiful Bones: When a little boy named Shoutarou meets Sakurako, an osteologist that has a fetish for discovering and assembling bones. Both characters encounter human bodies, and Sakurako uses her astounding examining skills to determine the deaths of the victim, and solve the mysteries of the crime.

Monster: A renown surgeon named Kenzou one night decides to save a little boy, and forfeited the mayor's due to morality. The surgeon later determines that the recent series of murders in his area were caused by the little boy he saved in the past "Johan Liebert". He attempts to uncover the child's true identity, but he discovers astonishing information that intertwines Johan with the fate of the world.
